Driving Directions to the Tranquility Bay

• From Miami International Airport
  Take 836 West to Florida Turnpike South (tolls) to US1, Overseas Highway, to Marathon. Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort will be on your right (Bayside) at Mile Marker 48.5.
• From Key West
  Travel 45 miles North on US1, Overseas Highway, to Mile Marker 48.5. Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort will be on your left (Bayside).
• From Marathon Airport
  Turn right out of the airport, and travel South on US1, Overseas Highway. Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort will be approx. one mile on your right (Bayside) at Mile Marker 48.5.

Please Note:  Units at Tranquility Bay may not be used as a permjanent residence, however, they may be available for rent without restrictions as to the duration of the rental term.  All forms of rental agreements must be approved by the Master Association.  For additional information on these and other leasing restrictions, you will need to refer to Section 8.18 of the Master Covenant.
