Following are some Florida Keys Real Estate Statistics for January 1, 2008 to February 21, 2008 taken from the Florida Keys Multiple Listing Service today:

In the Residential market in Key Largo there are currently 775 residential properties for sale on the MLs.  Of these properties 159 are new.  There are currently 16 sales pending and there have been 21 sales with an average sale price of $558,679.00.  The average number of Days on the Market was 216 and the percentage of List price to Sale price was 84.4%. 

In the Residential Market in Plantation Key there are currently 291 residential properties for sale on the MLS.  Of these properties 69 are new.  There are currently 4 sales pending and there have been 6 sales with an average sale price of $858,333.00.  The average number of Days on the Market was 233 and the percentage of List Price to Sale Price was 89.8%.

In the Residential Market in Islamorada there are currently 224 residential properties for sale on the MLS.  Of these properties 32 are new.  There are currently 2 property pending sale and there have been 8 sales with an average sale price of $911,833.00.  The average number of Days on the Market was 237 and the percentage of List Price to Sale Price was 92.9%.

The Residential Waterfront Home Market is the fastest growing and most steady at this time.  However, the Condominium market is picking up.  There are some great deals to be had in the Keys at this time.
